In Sardinia it is Easter tradition to prepare "is pardulas", more commonly called "pardule" or casadinas. This product is rightly one of the best, as well as one of the oldest, as it is linked to the millenary pastoral culture of Sardinia.
Ingredients: cow's milk and sheep's milk ricotta, sugar, eggs, grated orange and lemon peel, saffron, flour, lard.
